SHIPPING
All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Shipping times are Monday-Friday, 12–5pm PST.
Shipping rate is calculated by weight of the product and the delivery address. You will receive a tracking number when your shipping label prints, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated.
We use sustainable packaging by Ecoenclose and primarily use USPS or UPS to ship our orders. FedEx is available under certain circumstances. Please contact us directly for any special requests.
Umber & Ochre is not responsible for items lost during shipping. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact the carrier.
For made-to-order items, please allow up to 7-10 days for your orders to ship, regardless of shipping speed.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation for an exchange or refund. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached. Worn or altered items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not reimburse shipping costs. All return packages should be insured as we do not offer refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item.
To return merchandise, email info@umberandochre.com for return authorization. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
